Speaking
Jennifer speaks on walking, resilience, leadership, and her experience of life in France. Her talks are personal, inspiring, and grounded in lived experience.
Topics include:
- Leadership: Resilience and leading through challenge
- Mindset: The power of perseverance and adaptability
- Wellbeing: Walking as a transformational tool.
She also delivers engaging keynote talks on lifestyle and personal growth: “The power of walking to change your thinking”
At the heart of Jennifer’s story is a belief in momentum – one step at a time. From a sunrise walk and bungy jump in 2008 to her decision to “walk off” her Parkinson’s symptoms a decade later, she continues to defy expectations, guided by her personal mantra: My momentum overcomes all obstacles.
Her pilgrimages blend physical endurance with emotional insight – through muddy tracks, mountain passes, and spiritual reflection. Her stories speak to courage, camaraderie, and self-discovery.
Jennifer encourages audiences to adopt a “pilgrimage mindset”: letting go of what no longer serves, embracing simplicity, and finding joy in persistence and presence.
Jennifer has shared her journey through various platforms, including regular video updates during her pilgrimages and as a featured panellist at the Confraternity of Pilgrims to Rome Virtual Conference (2024).
